The breakdown is as follows:
CADETS:
The first 20 cadets from Michigan will receive a $20 Rebate
The first 40 cadets from the GLR other than MI will receive a $20 Rebate
SENIOR MEMBERS:
The first 25 senior members from GLR other than MI will receive a $20 Rebate
The following personnel are NOT eligible for the rebate:
All Wing and Region Command personnel and staff.
